Introducing Mary's Winter Wheat Hot Toddy, a cocktail as quietly defiant as the woman it honors. Built on the smooth, toasted depth of Mary Dowling's Winter Wheat Bourbon — wheated softness, golden honey, and the gentle spice of toasted oak — this warming drink folds together fresh lemon, raw honey, and a whisper of cinnamon into something both medicinal and luxurious. Steeped slow, finished with a curl of citrus and a sprig of cinnamon bark, it's the kind of pour that turns a cold night into a quiet ceremony. Made for the long evenings, the slow conversations, and the women who never minded the wait.
Ingredients:
2 oz MD Winter Wheat
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz raw honey
4 oz hot water

2 whole cloves (optional)

A lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick.
Instructions
1. Add the honey to a warmed mug and pour the hot water over it, stirring until fully dissolved.
2. Add the MD Winter Wheat and fresh lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.
3. Drop in a cinnamon stick and the whole cloves, if using. Let steep for 1–2 minutes to bloom the spice.
