Gilded Edge

Mary Dowling Double Oak

Gilded Edge

A luxurious cocktail that redefines sophistication, offering a rich and opulent take on the classic French 75 with a modern twist. Perfect for entertaining, this drink features 2 oz of Mary Dowling Double Barrel bourbon, known for its deep, layered flavors that bring a robust foundation to the cocktail. The addition of ½ oz of peach brandy infuses the drink with a subtle fruitiness, enhancing the bourbon’s inherent complexity. Two dashes of orange bitters add a refined citrus note, balancing the richness with a touch of brightness. Finally, a float of ¼ oz red bitters drapes the cocktail in a ruby hue, adding a delicate bitterness that lingers on the palate. The Gilded Edge is an elegant, elevated drink that dazzles with each sip, making it the perfect choice for those who seek a cocktail with depth, character, and a touch of glamor.
