Ingredients:
2 oz MD Winter Wheat
3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz simple syrup
Angostura bitters
Egg white (optional)

Instructions
Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake and then strain in to a rocks glass over fresh ice, or into a coupe without ice.
